QuickTracker is a desktop-first application. Most accounting and business data remains on your own device. This policy covers website inquiries, licensing, checkout, and support interactions.
Information We Collect
- Contact form submissions: name, email, request type, and message.
- License and fulfillment records: purchase reference, product key assignment, activation and recovery events.
- Operational logs: timestamp, IP address, and user-agent for security and abuse prevention.
- Website analytics data collected through Google Analytics, such as page views, approximate location, device/browser details, and referral information.
- If you opt in when starting a desktop trial, one trial-start event containing the app version and operating-system platform. It does not include your name, email, machine ID, password, or accounting data.
How We Use Information
- Respond to pre-sales and support questions.
- Deliver product keys and installer access after purchase.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized license activity.
- Measure website traffic and understand which pages, trial flows, and purchase links are used most often.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Payment processing is handled by PayPal. Email delivery may be handled by a relay provider used for transactional messages. Website analytics and opt-in trial-start statistics may be processed by Google Analytics.
Analytics Choices
You can limit website analytics by using browser privacy controls, content blockers, or Google's analytics privacy tools. Desktop trial-start statistics are optional and are sent only when you select the sharing checkbox in the app.
Data Retention and Security
We keep records only as needed for licensing, recovery, fraud prevention, support, and legal compliance. Server access is restricted and administrative actions are logged.
