This policy describes when refunds may be available for QuickTracker purchases.

30-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund for an initial QuickTracker license purchase within thirty (30) days of purchase, unless local law requires different terms.

License Deactivation Requirement

Approved refunds require deactivation or invalidation of the product key. After a refund, continued use is not permitted.

Non-Refundable Cases (Examples)

• Requests outside the refund window (unless required by law).
• Abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
• Third-party processing issues outside our direct control.

How to Request

Use the secure self-service refund form and confirm from the checkout email address. This helps prevent unauthorized refund requests.
